Former President Goodluck Jonathan has advocated a global unity against terrorism anywhere in the world.
In a tweet on his twitter handle @GEJonathan, he expressed concern over Saturday’s shooting at the gay club in Florida which has left over 50 dead and scores injured saying the international community must find a way to terminate terrorism anywhere in the world.
He condoled with the victims of the shooting and prayed that the Almighty God gives leaders the wisdom to deal with terror anywhere in the world.

As a leader who had to grapple with the evil of terrorism, I sympathise with the people of the United States of America and Florida over this sad incident.
“This incident shows that terror respects no borders and happens to even the best prepared which is why we need global unity against it
“I condoled with the victims and I pray that Almighty gives us the wisdom to deal with terror whether in Florida or in any part of the world”, he said.
